There is not much that the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Senzeni Zokwana, misses. He appears to have a firm grasp on the issues in his department. He is not afraid to deal with them having recently welcomed the investigation by the Public Service Commission into the Department of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.
