The High Court, Eastern Cape Division, Makhanda, has dismissed with costs an application by Balobi Trading (Pty) Ltd for an urgent interdict to prevent the Hamburg-based Co-op, Siyaphambili Fishing Primary Ltd, from choosing its own harvesters, processors, and marketers.
