West Coast Rock Lobster small-scale cooperatives and fishers who are members of the West Coast Small-Scale Fishers Cooperative Forum, are struggling to understand why their incomes are being jeopardised this fishing season by reduced quotas compared to last year, but also compared to other cooperatives and the commercial sector which have received significant increases in their quotas.
