South African Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Senzeni Zokwana, has applied to the Western Cape High Court to stop the disciplinary proceedings of three officials: suspended deputy director-general Siphokazi Ndudane, acting chief director of the Marine Living Resource Fund, Nazima Parker, and then acting chief director of monitoring, control and surveillance, Thembalethu Vico.
