Testing for cannabis in the workplace is just as crucial as testing for alcohol. Since its decriminalisation, the use of cannabis has become more socially acceptable over the years. No longer a crime to use cannabis in the privacy of one’s home, it becomes a tricky situation when an employee has used before starting their workday. What’s your view?
