The Elwandle Association, a cooperative of 24 women who live and work in Hondeklipbaai, Namaqualand, wrote an Open Letter to Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment, Barbara Creecy. They ask: How can we celebrate Women’s Day when our women’s and environmental rights are violated?
