Pilot shoals of sardines have been spotted moving up the Eastern Cape coastline of South Africa in the company of hundreds of gannets and other predators. Some would say it is a bit early to get excited about this annual event, but others are betting the fish will make the KwaZulu Natal coastline around mid-June.
