Fine Tuning the Art of Boat Building using Exciting Technology and Techniques

Vredenburg’s Sachal boatyard is about to launch a new-look commercial fishing vessel into the tuna sector – a 47-ft resin-infused design that could set a new industry benchmark.

Father-and-son production team Nic and Mark Stevens say the new concept deck boat is already generating considerable local interest.

It incorporates the duo’s innovative resin-infusion technique currently being applied to a range of hulls, from smaller models to a 75ft long-liner and commercial catamaran.
