The Competition Commission has given the nod to the acquisition of Pioneer Fishing Eastern Cape, Saco Fishing (Pty) Ltd, and Eyethu Fishing (Pty) Ltd by Nomzamo Fishing (Pty) Ltd. Nomzamo is controlled by African Pioneer Marines (Pty) Ltd (APM). And a second transaction has also been given the nod – the acquisition of Pioneer Fishing by African Pioneer Marines (APM). Pioneer Fishing controls Fibra Resources and Pioneer Fishing (West Coast) (Pty) Ltd.
