Drone manufacturers, suppliers, operators, and other interested parties, are awaiting the outcome of a court case which is challenging the Notice issued by the Department of Environment, Forestry and Fisheries’ (DFFE) that drones cannot be used for the fishing of marine species, and if found to be will be confiscated.
