Operations are underway to remove pollutants from the trawler, FV Elke M, that is sitting fast on the rocks at Cape St Francis on the Eastern Cape coastline.
The process of removing pollutants from the fishing vessel that ran aground in St Francis Bay began this morning. The delay was due to inclement weather and high swells.
