The Terrasan Group is unbundling its operations to accommodate the takeover of 100% of its pelagic fishing and abalone subsidiaries by the Sea Harvest Group. It is a complicated deal to which Sea Harvest will commit nearly R1-billion. But first there is a lot of work to do to free Terrasan from its existing corporate structure.
