Governments, scientists, academics, business, communities, and individuals, all have one thing in common. Nobody escapes the impact of climate change. This topic is, and has been a worldwide conversation for many years, and it is certainly nothing new to fisheries. The only difference now is that the begging bowl is out there, and there is sufficient interest that some academic institutions see an opportunity for focused research while making money out of the subject too.
